As our premium guest you can use the mountain bike & e-bike rental in the partner company Schernthaner Sports, 5 minutes walk away, for a small extra charge. The collection point is located directly in front of the carport at the rear entrance of our hotel. We ask for your understanding that the stay in the Vitalwelt and in the fitness room is permitted without exception for guests over 15 years of age. Even accompanied by parents, unfortunately, a visit is not possible.

Our room fairies come to your studio every day and change towels, clean the floor and empty the waste bins. For the sake of our environment, we ask you to sort recyclable waste (paper, cardboard, glass, cans, etc.). In addition to the waste bin in your accommodation, larger bins are also available outside, next to the boot ski room entrance. For residual waste you will find a separate waste container behind the carport area (wooden shed). On the day of departure we ask you to leave your studio in an orderly manner. If something is broken, please let us know at the reception! If you wish an intermediate cleaning in your studio, please let us know at the reception as well. Or do you need a vacuum cleaner for in between? You will find it in the stairwell on the 2nd floor.

Enjoy healthy still mountain spring water from our own spring throughout the hotel. Also our hotel linen - towels, bed linen, etc. - is cleaned in our in-house laundry with mountain spring water and without chemicals.
