You can arrive from around 3 p.m. (start of service).

Please vacate the accommodation by 10 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure (end of service).

You are also welcome to use our services before the start of the service or after the end of the service for a small extra charge:

• Infrastructure: € 30,- per accommodation & day
• Infrastructure + room: € 60,- per accommodation and day (room release until 1 pm at the latest)

Please register both in advance and consult us early enough so we can check availability. Please keep in mind that part of our public area is under video surveillance!

You will find plenty of free parking in front of our hotel and at the garden house.

The following services are included in your stay with us:

Our prices are all-inclusive. Included services that are not used during your stay will not be refunded.

• Spacious children's playroom in the house: play kitchen, toys, wooden building blocks & wooden train, games & puzzles, children's books, table tennis table as well as couch for chilling out.
• Outdoor children's play tower for toddlers with climbing elements, slide & swing in our sunny, quiet hotel garden by the river
• In summer: own toddler pool in the outdoor pool - only 3 minutes walk away
• Baby & toddler equipment: highchairs & cribs (please specify when making your reservation)
• Mountain bike & e-bike, children's trailer & children's hiking stretcher rentals
• Outdoor adventure playground surrounded by greenery, away from the road: slide, swing, climbing elements, seesaw, sandpit, etc. - in the direction of the sports field, just a 3-minute walk away
• Summer 2026: Childcare at Abenteuerland Kleinarl (in the summer months from Monday to Friday, for children aged 3 and over) - 5 minutes' walk away

Also included are delicious cakes that await you daily in the afternoon (drinks not included).

We are happy to offer you our accommodations also with 3/4 board. The 3-course (soup, main course and dessert) or the 5-course gourmet menu (soup, salads from the buffet, main course, dessert and cheese from the buffet) you will enjoy in the partner hotel, only 3 minutes walk away. The younger guests choose from the separate children's menu with soup, main course and dessert.

Yes, we will gladly provide you with a bath bag with bathrobe and bath towel during your stay – oh, how cozy!

No, unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the Hotel Angerwirt · cosy holiday home. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes, we are a non-smoking house. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or terrace.

No, the infrastructure tax is not included in the accommodation prices and amounts to € 5,- per adult (from 14,99 years) per night.

Yes, discounts are valid:

• For accommodation of children in the comfort room
• From at least 2 full-paying guests, per accommodation option

Please note that we charge a flat daily rate for our comfort apartments, so unfortunately there are no child discounts here.

Our rooms can also be booked for single use on request. In this case we charge the total daily rate (e.g. in a double room the price for 2 persons).

Yes, we charge a short night surcharge for stays under 5 nights.

Reservations are only considered firm when a written confirmation has been received by both parties and a deposit (booking component) of 1/3 of the tour price has been paid. The deposit is considered as the final confirmation of the booking. In case of cancellation the deposit will always be retained!

Your final bill will always be in cash: Payment of your hotel bill is only possible in cash. We do not accept credit cards, ATM cards or EC cards.

If there is no valid reason for cancellation on your part, we will always charge the appropriate cancellation fees, depending on the cancellation period. In general, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply to cancellations.

In general

• up to 60 days before arrival
  your deposit will be credited to another date - the same season, summer or winter.
• up to 30 days before arrival
  your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee - a credit for another date is unfortunately not possible. Additional fees may apply depending on the travel period.
• from then on
  100% of the travel sum - minus services by external parties - will be
  such as infrastructure tax, ski pass, dinner,... - will be charged.

Money-back guarantee

We recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance (valid from the 10th day after taking out the insurance), e.g. Europäische Reiseversicherung (incl. COVID coverage) or Hotelstorno Plus Versicherung (incl. helicopter recovery costs).

The insurance fees are for

• only hotel cancellation premium approx. 7 %
• Hotel Cancellation Plus approx. 6% of your booking total

Down payment

Your deposit will always be retained in case of cancellation. The payment made is considered to be the main booking component and will be deducted at credited to your room bill at the time of check-in. Deposits not made will not be recognized as cancellations under any circumstances.

Please note

• Cancellations will be acknowledged only in writing.
• We ask for your understanding that a late arrival and / or early departure of the
  Departure will be charged.
• Cancellations during the holiday/main travel season will be charged 100% unless an equivalent resale is made.
• We do not accept credit cards, ATM cards and EC cards, so unfortunately insurance coverage is not possible with them.

Lockdown
In the event of a border or hotel closure or lockdown, you can cancel free of charge, even at short notice.

• Accessibility at Angerwirt
  We want to be open and honest: our house is not fully accessible. Due to the traditional architecture and our mountain location, we are unfortunately unable to provide comprehensive barrier-free facilities.
